ZF Group is a leading supplier to the automotive industry. ZF Electronics Klášterec, as a member of the E-mobility division, is a leader in the introduction of technologies for electromobility in the automotive industry. It focuses on the production of power electronics for electric cars.

As part of the modernization of the existing production hall, our company carried out the installation of clean rooms of the cleanliness class ISO 8 (according to ISO 14644–1). The metal partitions (partly with glazing), metal doors and soffits were installed. The metal soffits were also installed under the newly built platforms, which significantly expanded the production areas. The part of the soffits is in a transparent design, which ensures the supply of daylight to the workplace. The total area of the new metal soffits is 3300 m².

The part of the work was also the construction of a control measuring room.

The implementation of all construction work took place without interruption of the investor's pro­duction processes.
