The Continental Automotive plant in Brandýs nad Labem is a global supplier of automotive electronics to cars of many world brands. It manufactures car radios, multimedia systems and their front displays, on-board instruments, air conditioning control panels, telematics, eCall systems and also fuel system control units. The R&D center with its own showroom is also located in Brandýs nad Labem, which works on product development not only for Brandýs, but also for other Continental plants around the world.
Our company delivered and installed the EG Filter Box in the existing production hall H10 in the BDY II complex, which is a separate clean room of cleanliness class ISO 7 (according to ISO 14644–1) with a total area of 61 m2.
The EG filter box consists of metal partitions with glazing, metal automatically operated doors with interlocking and optical and acoustic signaling, metal soffits, into which the circulating units (FFU) and lighting have been integrated. The entry of employees into the clean rooms is handled through a staff pass. The material is fed into production by means of a material culvert. The EG filter box is CE marked.
The implementation of all construction work took place without interruption of the investor's surrounding production processes.
