Installation of operating theatres

As part of the first stage of the modernization and completion of the hospital, eight operating theatres and their facilities for surgery, orthopaedics and a children's clinic were built on the third and seventh floors of the new building unit K.

The multifunctional installation system of EP MEDICAL operating theatres consists of stainless steel cladding panels with polyester varnish coating, revolving and automatically sliding stainless steel doors with polyester varnish coating, and metal coffered ceilings with antibacterial spraying, into which air conditioning end elements with third-degree filtration are integrated (laminar field), as well as lighting and a sound system. Two operating theatres are designed with complete protection against X-rays.

Each installation of an operating theatre also includes a multifunctional panel integrated into the stainless steel cladding, which is used to control and monitor the required parameters in an operating theatre and to display the required data.

The design of the clean room installation allows easy placement of wiring, air conditioning, media and video management. The individual components of the installation are washable and resistant to disinfectants.

The EP MEDICAL multifunctional system of operating theatres meets the latest functional and technical requirements for medical facilities and takes into consideration the specifics needed to ensure performance in operating theatres.
