Total reconstruction on an area of 3,881 m², of which the total area of clean rooms is 2,193 m². Clean room with zones in the ISO 6/5 purity class with an area of 1,190 m² and with zones in the ISO 7/6 purity class with an area of 778 m².

Part of the workplaces meet the requirements for molecular air purity.
