Modernization of cleanrooms in building M8

The subject of project documentation and construction work was the expansion and modernization of cleanrooms and other utility premises. The works were carried out through overall M8 building for the production of semiconductor chips.
The new plant room was built to ensure internal microclimate and provide utility sources for cleanrooms. There are 6 new air handling units installed to supply air to cleanrooms. A complete reconstruction of the hot water exchanger station, industrial gases distribution, distribution and collection of organics compounds and other technical media for production processes was carried out.
During modernization was refurbished and expanded cleanrooms ISO 4, ISO 6 a ISO 7 (according to ISO 14644–1) of total area 2142 m². The work also included the modernization of other areas with a total area 6206 m².
Basic and detail design project documenation was made out for building permit and construction works. The scope of works including engineering to obtain autorities statements and building permit.
The construction works were split to different stages. During the construction works the production was not interrupted with guarantee of internal microclimate condition.
