The company’s products help engineers solve their unique design challenges in automotive, communications, computing, consumer, industrial, medical and aerospace/defense applications.
There were modernized buildings V12 and M9 for the production of wafers and semiconductor chips. The buildings M10 and M9 have been extended and all building are newly connected by above-ground connecting corridors between buildings M9, M10 and V12.
The project documentation was designed for teritorrial and building permit, basic and detail design including engineering services. The design was processed by BIM system. The cleanrooms of the ISO 4 – ISO 9 cleanness class (according to ISO 14 644–1) with a total area of 4325 m² have been reconstructed and extended. There are cleanrooms class ISO 4: 520 m², ISO 5: 160 m², ISO 6: 390 m², ISO 7: 670 m², ISO 8: 1140 m², ISO 9: 1445 m².
The project includes the design and delivery of utilities for indoor environment of buildings (HVAC, cooling, heating, heavy and weak current, I&C, etc.). There was necessary to solve the sewage water treatment from each building, some with pumped station. Part of the work also was the construction of technical gas source stations and related technological equipment, transformer stations and substations HV and LV.
The scope of the design including an environmental impact assessment (noise studies, dispersion study and expertise) and fully implemented in design of noise protection and decontamination measures.
All construction work was carried out without interrupting the production processes.
